The Walters Cultural Arts Center showcase creative talents of homeless artists through the help of Portland-based organization, p:ear (project: education, art, recreation).
p:ear serves about 900 homeless and transitional youth each year from the metropolitan area, aged 15 to 24, and intends to build positive relationships and healthier, more meaningful lives among young people.
