The organization aims to help stroke survivors get back on the road, fully independent and confident to regain their normal lives. Bridges Self-Management Limited is an eight-year-old project spearheaded by rehabilitation expert Dr Fiona Jones from the Faculty of Health, Social Care and Education at London's Kingston University and St George's, University of London.
