Low-Income Young Adults at Risk for Excessive Weight Gain


A team of registered dietitian nutritionists from the University of Maine have developed a weight management intervention program that targets disadvantaged young adults.

The program is made for low-income young adults, targeting their specific needs and the resources available. The results are found in the Journal of Nutrition Education and Behavior.
