The Health Reform Monitoring Survey (HRMS) investigated how the public is confident in their understanding of the following health insurance terms.

The survey's findings revealed basic health insurance terms are poorly understood. Only a few percentage of the public understand all the insurance terms the survey asked them about. Another revelation: Understanding of basic insurance terms is particularly low among the currently uninsured.
