A team composed of 25,000 volunteers at the 2014 Sochi games has been recognized for helping to create a "special atmosphere" and their valuable contributions to the games.
These volunteers have taken their part to help out in a range of Games-time areas, from meeting delegations at the airport to overseeing the Closing Ceremony. They have traveled from every region of Russia, with approximately 7% also coming from abroad.
