Organizations across Knoxville-Knox County are pitching in to help homeless children and their families cope with their current situation.
According to the National Alliance to End Homelessness, one out of every four homeless person is a child. This finding has spurred organizations and homeless services in the community to help children and their families achieve independence and permanent housing by incentive money provisions through grants.
