Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA) Executive Director Scott Woosley, along with Grand Rapids Mayor George Heartwell, state legislators and Michigan lenders and realtors, announces the MI Next Home program, which targets existing homebuyers throughout the state.
The program allows more than 1 million Michigan homeowners to qualify for down payment assistance of up to $7,500 toward the purchase of a new or existing home.
