According to charity organization, Harp, a new £2.3 million homelessness center will enable to end "rough sleeping" from Southend over a four-year-period.
Harp's 24-hour center will be able to furnish homeless people a roof over their heads. The center is an 18-bedroom night shelter and day center that aims to clear Southend's streets of homeless people by 2018.
