There is a proven research that housing subsidies successfully reduce homelessness among children and families, contradicting the "zombie lie" long maintained by the Bloomberg administration officials to defend their elimination of housing aid for the homeless.

"Zombie Lies" refer to long-disproven contentions about public policy that are still championed by right-wing pundits and ideologues.
