Indy\'s Neighborhoods Geared for Economic Development

The North Midtown's neighborhood running from Broad Ripple Avenue south to Fall Creek is being invested upon for economic development.

Lined with blighted homes, abandoned warehouses and corroded streets, city officials hope to add businesses, create jobs and lower the crime rate in the neighborhood. Five areas have been targeted for economic development, strategically spaced across the area from Broad Ripple Avenue to 30th Street.

The Skoll Centre for Social Entrepreneurship at Saïd Business School is celebrating ten years of the Skoll scholarships, providing financial support for up to five students a year to join the Oxford MBA and pursue entrepreneurial solutions for urgent social and environmental challenges.
