The Aetna and the Aetna Foundation has recently announced that they are committing $750,000 in grants to support three separate studies that seek to examine the impact on patients' health of better communication among health care providers and increased coordination of health care services.
The funds were equally divided and awarded to the Community Health Center, Inc., Weill Cornell Medical College, and the National Assembly on School-Based Health Care.
