A social experiment from the UK that's being videoed reveals how a counterintuitive approach to helping the poor can make a huge difference.

Pilion Trust, a renowned British charity, sent a man out on the streets of London to raise money. First, he wore a sandwich board that convey an offensive message about the poor. He was confronted by passers-by who defended the poverty-stricken. But everyone ignores the man who bore a straightforward sign that read "Help the Poor".
