Watertown to Use Community Development Block Grant to Revitalize Neighborhood

The city of Watertown will receive $796,000 in Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) this year to revitalize poor neighborhoods.

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development administered the CDBG funds, which are made available each year so communities can help their low- and moderate-income residents as well as focus on issues of blight properties.
