Two historical factories that are on the National Register of Historic Places in Rochester will be renovated to house "workforce apartments" for residents with incomes between 50 percent and 60 percent of area median income.
The two factories are George J. Michelsen Furniture Factory, which stands one on Avenue D and the Rochester Plumbing Supply Co., which situated in the High Falls district.
