Orford Women Knits and Designs Quilts for Good

Sally Arcolio, a former home economics teacher from rural Tuston, California, is often seen leading and working with members of the Ville Quilters on the quilt they are designing and will make to donate to the Orford Historical Society in celebration of the town's 250th birthday.

All of the major projects that stemmed from Ville Quilters are donated to local nonprofits such as the historical society. According to Arcolio, the life lesson about quilting "is that the blocks all meld together, just like we do."
