Winneshiek County Community Foundation, an affiliate of the Community Foundation of Northeast Iowa, has awarded a $5,728 grant to the South Winneshiek Community High School which serves the Calmar, Festina, Spillville and Ossian area.
Funds will be used to purchase two Smart Boards and six document cameras for classrooms, engaging students with interactive technology. The Smart Boards will be used in all required and elective math courses available to all South Winneshiek students.
