Lowelville Announces Village Improvement Projects

The village of Lowelville moves forward with improvement projects for spring.

One of the funded projects by the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program is the Liberty Street Infrastructure Repair Project that involves construction of new curbs, sidewalks and commercial driveways. Another is the McGaffney Street paving project for road pavements of McGaffney Street.
