Vans Jumps Into Giving Program to Support the Arts in Schools


Vans, the popular shoes manufacturer that promotes youth culture, has initiated Custom Culture, a giving program that supports the arts in schools -- benefiting kids and bringing awareness to the growing gap in arts education funding.

In just a year, the program had developed into an art competition that inspired kids to get creative and custom design Vans shoes to represent one of four key areas: art, music, action sports or street culture.
