Volunteers of America are working to develop a complex geared for homeless female veterans, their children and families.
The complex, which is sitting atop on a hill overlooking a butterfly preserve in San Pedro, California, is called the Blue Butterfly Village. It serves as a sanctuary for female veterans and provides mental health services and after-school activities for children. Read the Entire Article
