The Departments of Health and Human Services and Housing and Urban Developed announced $93 million going to 13 states to provide housing and services to low-income people with disabilities.
By partnering, these agencies will be able to provide permanent housing to people transitioning from institutional settings. Many of these would be in danger of homelessness without this support.
