AARP Foundation to Award $1 Million in Grants

AARP Foundation will launch a new housing grant program encouraging organizations to create new models of home modification that would benefit older households who are affected but unaffordable or inadequate housing.

More than $1 million in grants will be awarded and distributed by its Office of Grants Administration through the competitive RFP method to eligible organizations in the U.S. that have demonstrated a track record in providing home-repair assistance to households on a nationwide or large regional level.
