Colorado Springs Utilities rolled out funds totaling $250,000 to three economic development organizations.

The recipients that specialize in regional economic development include the Colorado Springs Regional Business Alliance, the Colorado Springs Technology Incubator and the Procurement Technical Assistance Program.
