New Mexico Group Teams With Nonprofit For Tribal Food Sovereignty

The Taos County Economic Development Corp. of Taos have partnered with the First Nations Development Institute of Larchmont, Colo. to establish the formation of the Native American Food Sovereignty Alliance.

The Alliance is conceptualized to target Native food distribution, hunger action and nutrition issues. The W.K. Kellogg Foundation, a supporter of food advocacies, provides the funding for this food security efforts.
