Missoula Rape Trial Brings Community Involvement


Former University of Montana Grizzlies quarterback Jordan Johnson has been charged of sexual intercourse without consent. During this time of trial, it had drawn in a court room packed with onlookers.

Among those spending the hours in the Missoula County Courthouse, observing the proceedings are lawyers, members of the Grizzlies football team, law students, police officers, the media and some interested civilians of the community. An issue that calls for social action can spark community involvement, no matter how big or mundane.
