Homeless Plans Are Well-Intended, but Prove Costly

Concerns are raised regarding the housing plans of Portland's Homeless Prevention Task Force. The city of Portland has gained approved recommendations to supply case management services to adults who cannot afford this type of service.

Housing plans do prove wasteful if people lack the funds to maintain housing stability. This problem is being noted with budget that gears for provisions, present policies and case management supports.
