The Kane County Cougars and a catering company are being sued by three students, two St. Charles East High School seniors and one Northern Illinois University graduate. According to the filed lawsuit, the three young people were hit by flying debris due to a storm at a Cougar volunteer event.
Robert Bindle, their personal injury attorney, claimed that the team and catering company knew that the storm poses risks, and has neglected to take necessary precautions. In addition to a jury trial, the three lawsuits file excess damages of $50,000. Read the Entire Article
