Lawsuit Against Yakima Valley Community Foundation Dismissed

A multi-million dollar lawsuit against the Yakima Valley Community Foundation is dismissed for lack of legal basis.

John Colgan, who formerly works for the foundation, filed the lawsuit claiming he was booted out of the foundation after he opposes against a racist comment made by another member. Colgan's lawyer states that he and his client are seeking to continue with the lawsuit.
