Cherokee Preservation Foundation Distributes Grants Valued at $1 Million


The Cherokee Preservation Foundation has distributed 21 new grants totaling $1 million.

The grants are shared by various companies, agencies and programs that support areas in cultural preservation, economic development, job creation and environmental preservation. The Foundation also aims to improve the quality of life for the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians.

This holiday season, DIGDEEP is bringing reliable clean water access to over 250 homes through its Navajo Water Project, in partnership with St. Bonaventure Indian Mission in Thoreau, NM.
