Ohio Presents HB 59 Proposal

Ohio Governor John Kasich recently presented the proposed House Bill 59 ("HB 59"). Major changes have been made to the state taxes, which includes changes for income tax, sales and use tax, and severance tax.

It is projected that the House Bill proposal may be considerably modified during the legislative process over the next several months. Tax clarifications, adjustments and reductions have been noted.
