Winter Park Has Potential to Transform Fairbanks Avenue

Amy Bradbury and Emily Hanna, students in the Master's in Urban and Regional Planning program at the University of Central Florida, taps Winter Park as having the potential to significantly transform Fairbanks Avenue.

Hanna and Bradbury have completed a project for the city called West Fairbanks Avenue: A Corridor Study, which had been commissioned through the city's Economic Development/Community Redevelopment Agency. The Fairbanks corridor, which already has a good number of businesses, is being redeveloped to attract pedestrian traffic.
