According to Central Minnesota officials, a Point-in-Time survey miscalculates the increase of homelessness in the area.
The survey shows sheltered individuals and families, either living on the streets or abandoned buildings or vehicles. A.G. Lynch, program manager for Central Minnesota Housing Partnership and coordinator of the Continuum Care advisory committee proves the miscalculation.
