Chuck Feeney was known as a ruthless businessman who has piled a fortune estimated at £4 billion. Now the 83-year-old is giving the last of his fortune all away.

After three decades of philanthropy, his Atlantic Philanthropies pledged nearly £25 million to Northern Ireland to educate children, and provide funds to parenting programs and improvements to dementia care.
