More Homeless Patients Are Being Discharged With \"No Fixed Abode\"

Homeless patients, including those that suffer from with serious illnesses or addiction, are being discharged by hospitals due to lack of funding.

District Health Board figures reveal a flock of patients are discharged to "no fixed abode" in Wellington and Auckland every year. A solution would be funding long-term or permanent accommodation for the most health-vulnerable patients who are homeless.
