Empowering More Girls and Women Through Technology


United Nations Foundation CEO Kathy Calvin, children's rights activist Graša Machel and Helen Clark, former Prime Minister of New Zealand and administrator at the United Nations Development Programme, have joined a panel called "Women Power. Empowered Women."

The panel's discussion focused on addressing the ways where technology is empowering and inspiring women and girls worldwide. Calvin noted, "Information is power. And technology is the way to empower women."
