EAT South Helps Transform Communities, Provides Nourishment


EAT South (meaning Education, Act, Transform) aims to improve the health of the community by "digging into its ground and helping to provide nourishment."

EAT South owns and manages two farms: an urban farm in downtown Montgomery, and one in the eastern Hampstead. It also harvests for local chefs at restaurants including Central, True and Jim 'N Nick's. Its volunteers help in transforming communities by working in the soil, planting seeds and harvesting.
