Philanthropist and New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg shirks at the responsibility for the increase of homelessness under his tenure. The Mayor says even the rich can get free housing support and shelter due to a decree signed by the late Mayor Ed Koch.

The Coalition for the Homeless shares the public a report stating unprecedented modern homelessness in New York City since 30 years ago.
