The City of Rochester recently announces the release of its Homeless Resolution Strategy to address the issue of homelessness.

The City of Rochester has been managing a study to help recognize unsettled needs for homeless housing. The resolution strategy demands an efficient system in order to realize more long-term housing alternative for the homeless population.
