The New York Women's Foundation has announced grants totaling $1.48 million to community-based organizations serving the needs of women and families in New York City.
Grants were awarded to thirty-one nonprofits working in the areas of community organizing and advocacy, economic security and justice, health and sexual rights, positive development of girls and young women, and safety.
