Homeless Count Drops, Good News in NorCal

According to a recent survey from the VA Palo Alto Health Care System (VAPAHCS), a stunning percentage of homeless veterans dropped in San Mateo County.

Except for Santa Clara County, every Northern California County experienced a decline in homelessness. The homeless count is surveyed every January via a multi-agency task force. Not just veterans, all homeless people are tallied up.
