Social entrepreneur Sam Davidson, president of Cool People Care, an organization that helps people kick start their social good missions, delivered a motivational speech at the Towson University community.
Among a crowd of about 60 students and Towson community members, Sam defines that a social entrepreneur is "someone who meets a need of the world as a core part of their business."
