Federal Budget Cuts May Crumble Military Students\' Dreams

Due to the impending impact of the sequestration or budget reduction, active military students may see their dreams of pursuing courses and future careers crushed.

The Army announces the fund suspension on March 8 as the military will no longer be allowed to propose new requests for assistance after that date. Spokesman Lt. Col. Tom Alexander states that the Army will re-evaluate the budgetary situation should the budget sequestration takes a backslide.
