Blindness Support Services, a nonprofit organization inaugurated during the early ‘90s provides innovative solutions to gaining independence and self-reliance for blind and visually impaired residents of Southern California.

With Peter Benavidez as CEO of the foundation (he started volunteering for the organization way back in 1992), he makes sure community members in Southern California earn a wide variety of support services, including peer support and educational opportunities.
