Healthy Food Price Cuts Can Improve Diets

According to a study from the RAND Corporation, reducing supermarket prices of healthy foods increases the amount of fruits, vegetables and whole grains that people consume.

Researchers evaluated a program available to South Africa's largest private health insurance company members that offers percentage rebates on acquisition of healthy foods.
