Young professionals who have jumped in the social enterprise bandwagon have most benefited from the business attitude of "Don't donate, invest" to quote from writer Ellen Cushing.

According to directors of development campaigns in various repertories and theaters, young professionals in their 20s, 30s and 40s are making their mark towards social change through giving back, but generating something in return.
