Traffic Pollution Exposure May Result to Chronic Childhood Asthma

A new study shows that chronic childhood asthma is the likely result of being exposed to too much traffic air pollution on busy highways. Traffic pollution was viewed to only trigger asthma symptoms.

But, the results are compared to passive smoking, which is just as serious in posing asthma risks in children. The World Health Organization reports that asthma cases in children are associated with passive smoking.
