According to a new report published by the Journal of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, obesity is increasing among the military.
As a solution to fight obesity, a team of researchers selected the military cafeteria as the place to observe and evaluate eating behavior among servicemen. The research showed that simple changes in army dining facilities resulted in reduced fat intake and increased diner satisfaction.
