New Report Finds Household Income Influences Chronic Disease Control in Kids in Canada


A new report from the researchers at the University of Montreal have discovered that glycated hemoglobin levels of kids with type 1 diabetes is associated with household income.

Despite free access to health care, Dr. Johnny Deladoy who led the study, found a significant disparity between high- and low-income families in a crucial health outcome for kids with type 1 diabetes.
