Diabetes Research More Focused on Treatments than Prevention


According to a Duke University of Medicine research, diabetes medical findings in the journal Diabetologia claim that more recent research efforts may not sufficiently tackle diabetes prevention, management or therapeutic safety.

The research is part of the Clinical Trials Transformation Initiative which is founded by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and Duke University to address and support practices for the improvement of clinical trials.
