According to the S&P Dow Jones Indices for the S&P Healthcare Economic Composite Index, the average per capita cost of healthcare services covered by commercial insurance and Medicare programs in February is slower than the annual growth rate recorded in January.

Five of the nine of S&P Healthcare Economic Indices reveals that they hit new lows in February compared to any time since January 2005, the new report indicates.
