Kaplan recently finished his second book called, "What You’re Really Meant to Do: A Road Map for Reaching Your Unique Potential." In the video, Thorpe asks how Kaplan draws on his experiences at Goldman Sachs which he applied in the book. Kaplan responded what the firm taught him: "Don't try to be someone else. Figure out your strengths and weaknesses, your own passions and match those to your job at the firm. Try to focus on what fits you and not try to be like everybody else."
